"Ramayan"by *MarkNewman

Traditional Art / Sculpture / Figurative

This is a sculpt I did for Virgin Comics. Is one of their comic book characters called "Ramayan" the worrior prince. It'll be a full color hand painted collectable figurine. This is based on the cover art from one of their comics called Rama painted by Alex Ross.
It's about 11 1/2" tall.

May I ask where you got the little beads? I've been wanting to incorporate little things like that into my own sculptures and I've looked all over the place, to no avail. I've looked in the various craft shops around here and the only thing I can find are beads for jewelrymaking, and they're all cut like a gem and look tacky. I can't find any that are smooth.
