*grins* Is it wrong that I'm also scoping out the background to see more of your workspace? :D

-I just 'love' to see other artists' workspaces.:)

I am enjoying watching your sculptor take form. Can't wait to see it finished. I am an art stuido major student at MSSU and just started with basic sculptor class using wood, metals and other mixed media. Still overwhelmed by the process of making my first sculptor.

I would to keep in touch with you for advice when you have time.

Forget my last, you explained it all in your Gymnast 5 post, and gave a great deal of insight as to what a foundry does beyond casting.

Since this is a bronze, I'm assuming you're making a sectional plaster mold of 2 or more pieces. I'm pretty sure most people don't realize the sculpt is just a means to the end. Although a beautiful means all the same. Thanks again for posting these.

These are great, and seeing your studio in the background is really great too. It's great to see all your other sculpts and tools about.

Thanks for posting these

Thankyou for taking the time to upload these WIPS. They, and you comments are very informative. I really want to have a go at some sculpture in the near future and I am sure your comments will prove invaluable in avoiding lots of beginners mistakes. Thankyou again. Goes without saying but I will anyway as you deserve all the praise you recieve, fantastic work, beautiful lines and knowledge of anatomy.
