This is one of a new series of 4 sculptures I'm doing for another athletics building at Stanford University commissioned by John Arriaga.
Men's Volleyball. It's about 2/3 life size and will be cast in bronze. This is sculpted in J-Mac classic clay, an oil based clay. These will be cast in bronze. The other sports I'll be doing will be Men's Gymnastics, Woman's Soccer and men's Track and field. I'll post the others when I finish them.
