This is another sculpt I did for 'Bowen Designs' It's a Marvel comics character from the X-Men series called 'Archangel'
The wings and the base were built out of Styrene. A model builders sheet plastic.

I am amazed at your creativity and the life in your sculpture... inspiring.
I am trying the 3d digital route now (though I remain a noob) I have a brother in-law who makes his living in traditional sculpture but using fire baked clay... I am curious about what you do to prepare for your final sculpt... do you draw? make temporary crude sculpture in Plasticine? How do you plan your pieces and 'try ideas'?
